A clear, compliant process
1) GP assessment & prescription
An independent GP reviews your health history. If appropriate, a lawful prescription is issued.
2) Nurse visit (on-site)
An AHPRA-registered nurse attends your location, completes checks, obtains consent and administers as prescribed.
3) Post-care & follow-up
After-care information and contact details are provided. Further review occurs if advised by the GP or nurse.
Administration occurs only if lawfully prescribed by an independent GP and supplied in accordance with Australian regulations. No claims of treatment, cure, or specific outcomes are made.

How it works
A clear, compliant pathway from enquiry to follow-up
1. Online enquiry
You contact us with your location in Northern Rivers NSW and preferred day/time. A nurse confirms availability, explains the process and shares general information only.
2. Independent GP assessment
An independent GP reviews your history and current health. If an IV is appropriate, they issue a lawful prescription. If it’s not appropriate, it is not prescribed.
3. Nurse visit & monitoring
An AHPRA-registered nurse travels to your home, retreat or accommodation, performs safety checks, gains consent, and administers exactly as prescribed — with documentation and observation throughout.
4. After-care & escalation plan
You receive written after-care advice and clear contact details for any concerns. Further review occurs if recommended by the GP or nurse. IV therapy never replaces emergency medical care.
