How it works
A clear, compliant pathway from enquiry to follow-up
1. Enquiry from the Gold Coast
You contact us with your suburb, preferred day/time and general goals. A nurse explains the process and confirms whether a Gold Coast visit is practical. This first step is general information only.
2. Independent GP assessment
An independent GP reviews your history, medications and recent health. If IV therapy is suitable, they issue a lawful prescription. If not, it is not prescribed and not administered.
3. Mobile nurse visit
An AHPRA-registered nurse visits your home, hotel or short-stay accommodation on the Gold Coast, completes safety checks, gains consent and administers the IV exactly as prescribed — with monitoring throughout.
4. After-care & escalation
You receive written after-care information and clear contact details. Additional review occurs if recommended by the GP or nurse. IV therapy never replaces emergency care — call 000 in an emergency.
